At Riseley House, every week is a new opportunity to bring creativity, laughter, and companionship into the lives of our residents — and this past week was no exception.

We began with an Easter-inspired craft session, where residents enjoyed decorating eggs using sequins, jewels and plenty of imagination. It was a calm, mindful activity that gave everyone the space to express themselves and take pride in their creations.

Midweek brought out our competitive sides with a round of classic card games. These sessions are more than just a bit of fun — they help keep minds sharp and create plenty of opportunity for friendly banter and bonding.

We also welcomed the ever-popular Julia for a live music performance that had toes tapping and hands clapping. Her warmth and energy always lift the home. And of course, the week wouldn’t be complete without a sing-along with Andy — his sessions never fail to bring smiles and a real sense of togetherness.

We were also thrilled to continue our link with Macclesfield Football Club, which always sparks conversation and connection among residents who’ve followed the club for years.

These shared moments — filled with music, crafts, games and community — are what make Riseley House so special.
